Thereafter, you will be charged $149.00 every 30 days on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription. Cancellation requests must be received before the next scheduled charge date to avoid being billed for the following period. Dispute Resolution Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to binding, final, and confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"). The arbitrator shall apply the applicable substantive law of the State of Wyoming. The arbitrator may only resolve disputes between you and Luxera Skin and may not hear class or representative claims.
